I sent my oldest son off to summer camp for the first time this year and he really enjoyed it. This particular camp was located in a forested place and focused a lot on outdoor skills but also concentrated a lot on leadership as well as teamwork. At the summer camp they did lots of team building activities for kids to educate them about teamwork, conflict resolution, self confidence, leadership skills and so on. One of many activities they participated in was referred to as the human web. Each child joins hands with two other children and once everyone has joined hands they try to untangle the web without letting go of anyone’s hands....
