President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo congratulated Manny Pacquiao for his victory. Speaker Jose de Venecia on Sunday called Manny Pacquiao as Asia's 'greatest fighter' in his division. "Pacquiao is the pride of the Filipino and the Malay race. There is no doubt that he is Asia's greatest fighter in his division," he said. Humbled by his victory, Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao thanked God for his triumph over Morales.
